🛍️ Return Policy

Product Inspection at Delivery:
Customers must inspect the product thoroughly in front of the delivery personnel at the time of delivery. If any issue or defect is found, the product must be returned immediately.

Defective Products:
If a product is found to be defective, Arokini99 will either replace the product or cancel the order. If advance payment was made, the full amount will be refunded.

Return Without Defect:
If the product has no defect but the customer chooses not to accept it, a refund will be issued after deducting the delivery charge. If no advance payment was made, the delivery charge will be borne by the seller.

Post-Delivery Returns:
If a problem is detected after delivery, the customer must provide an unboxing video as proof of the issue. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

💸 Refund Policy

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after the return is approved.

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the same account from which the payment was made. Refunds cannot be sent to any other account.

Delayed Refunds:
If the refund is not received within 48 hours of return approval, the customer must contact Arokini99 via their Facebook page or customer support number.
